& User Interviews

To shape a product that meets both users expectations and stakeholders’ business goals, I conduct benchmarks to analyze competitors, identify market trends, and uncover differentiation opportunities, while running user interviews to gather and analyze insights on user needs, motivations, and frustrations.

UX/UI Exploration
& Design

I organize workshops with designers to turn user insights and benchmark findings into structured, intuitive user flows.
I can take charge of low- and medium-fidelity mockups in Figma when required, but I also coordinate with your designers, validating their UX work before developers receive the finalized high-fidelity designs.
I also build workflow diagrams and involve developers early to prevent blockers during code implementation.

MVP Definition

A well-defined Minimum Viable Product (MVP) ensures timely delivery while providing a solid foundation for iterative improvements based on real user feedback. As a core element of Agile, I collaborate with stakeholders to gather all potential features and prioritize them, with P1 representing the MVP. Subsequent priorities are released iteratively, allowing new features to be introduced smoothly as they emerge.

Stakeholder Alignment & Communication

I ensure alignment by maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders across tech, business, and leadership.
I make sprint reviews and roadmap meetings key opportunities to clarify priorities, decisions, and progress for all technical topics.
For broader company projects, I also facilitate kickoff meetings to align teams and set clear objectives.
Effective communication builds trust, supports collaboration, and keeps everyone focused on shared objectives while avoiding misunderstandings that could slow delivery.

Roadmap
Definition

Submitted monthly or quarterly to stakeholders and then shared with the team after validation, the roadmap illustrates the product strategy over time, translating vision into clear priorities and milestones.
I see it as strategic guide rather than a detailed plan, to give visibility to teams and stakeholders, aligns efforts, and guides decision-making as the product evolves, while sprint-level detailed planning is handled with the Scrum team.

KPIs Dashboard
Creation

I query raw data from APIs or data base and turn it into meaningful performance metrics. I can work with Power BI or other existing tools in your company, or provide a fully customizable, dashboard application I developed to highlight key indicators of user behavior, engagement, and business outcomes.
By analyzing trends, spotting issues, and evaluating feature performance, this dashboard enables data-driven decisions, aligns teams around objectives, and ensures the product delivers measurable value.
