So this is me — Antoine FEDERICI — this page is here to give you a clearer picture of me, what I’ve worked on, what I’ve studied, what I like to do, what I strive to achieve..

Maybe it comes from years of playing team sports, but I genuinely believe in team spirit and collaboration. Just like on the field, success depends on communication and supporting each other.
I do believe that when colleagues become true teammates, supported by clear and transparent communication, it creates trust and pushes the whole team toward excellence.

MY PROFESIONAL VALUES

Commitment

I dedicate myself fully to every project I take on, staying engaged to kickoff to final delivery. I thoroughly review user journeys and safeguard the quality of the final product after releases.

Communication

I ensure the requirements are clearly shared within the Scrum team and I keep other business units well informed. This allows stake holders to validate work in progress.

User Satisfaction

With a strong client-centric mindset, I react quickly when issues arise, provide fast and clear support. My priority is to ensure a smooth experience and deliver outcomes that truly meet expectations.

Accuracy

I build realistic, data-driven roadmaps and make decisions based on meaningful insights. Whether it’s QA testing or data analysis code, I rigorously test before deploying, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

MY VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES

French Red Cross

I participated at a community food pantry, distributing free food to people in need. I also welcomed visitors, listened to their needs, and created personalized lists with them.

Biocycle

I coordinated with supermarkets to recover unsold goods so that they can be distributed to charitable organizations. I also participated in public awareness events on food waste.

APMV

For one year, I provided weekly tutoring sessions to primary school children, supporting them in their schoolwork and helping build confidence in their learning.

Data For Good

As a volunteer PO/PM or data analyst, I contributed to projects that leveraged open-source data to make environmental and societal impacts visible and actionable.
